"Green & Growing".....what's up with that?

Thanks for stopping on by. Alright, enough with the niceties already. Just kidding!

Being our first post let us set the groundwork and expectations for you of this particular forum moving forward. We'll be keeping our blog light, entertaining, informative, personal and open to two-way communication between ourselves and our clients/subscribers. There will be no regimented time frame in which blog posts will appear but rather spontaneous blurbs, how we're feeling out in the field, informative articles and videos including how-to videos helping homeowners and business owners with tips and tricks of the trade when it comes to proper landscape management of their properties (that's of course if they'd rather do it themselves as opposed to hiring a reputable lawn service provider such as Green Leaves Lawn Service, L.L.C.) If there's anything specific you'd like us to touch on please don't hesitate to ask through our Contact page.

Mark and I have been long-time friends and are incredibly excited to be moving ahead with this business partnership. You can learn more About Us, what makes us tick and what we believe in. Please note, Mark hasn't completed his bio or uploaded a photo as of yet......claims he's waiting until it warms up so he can take one in short sleeves displaying his "gun show"! I've been harping on him to get this done.......we'll have to wait and see. We'll be sure to make the BIG announcement in a future post if and when that day does come? Once again, just kidding! As you can see by our tone, we like to have fun outside of work but when it comes to servicing our clients' lawn, landscaping and snow removal needs we treat each of their properties as if they were our own. As our yard sign indicates above (oh which by the way you may start seeing throughout the Waukesha County area within the next week or so) our tagline and focus will be "Green & Growing." So what exactly does this mean for us and our future clients? As a professional lawn service/landscaping contractor we will continually implement eco-friendly practices when servicing all of our clients. That's the "Green" representation of our tagline and is also, of course, a part of the business name. Now as far as "Growing" this one seems a bit obvious. Mark and I have discussed the long-term future of the business and where we'd like to see it within the next 5-10 years. Any guesses out there? Did anybody say Consistent and Continuous Growth? This long-term goal is fairly common across the board for any business looking to succeed and remain relevant in the future. Some may hope for Explosive Growth but we're keeping our conservative hats on. We are fully committed to it and look forward to working with you to oversee your lawn, landscaping, snow removal and/or interior painting needs (that's right, we said "interior painting needs" typically available during our winter months pending our availability and schedule). Geez......what don't these guys do? We in fact offer a variety of service options for our clients and are proud to say (toot of the old horn here) we do them extremely well at a very competitive rate. With an unseasonably mild Wisconsin winter up to this point there's a good chance you may see us out and about in the field getting a head start this upcoming Spring.
